ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 7–10 working days after your order is confirmed and payment is successfully received.

  • If we need additional information to process your order, shipping may be delayed

Applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before payment, based on your delivery address.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp with:

  • Courier partner name
  • Tracking ID / AWB number
  • Tracking link
  • Estimated delivery date

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become active after dispatch.


DELIVERY DELAYS

Delays can sometimes happen due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Public holidays or high order volumes
  • Restricted or hard-to-reach delivery locations
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

We will try to keep you informed if your order is delayed. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, or is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at shaktijewels12@gmail.com within 3 days of the expected delivery date.


INCORRECT ADDRESS OR FAILED DELIVERY

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. If an order cannot be delivered because the address is incorrect, the customer is unavailable after repeated attempts, or the shipment is refused, the order may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply
  • Original shipping charges may be non-refundable
  • Refunds, if applicable, may be processed after deducting shipping costs

DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or tampered with:

  • Take clear photos of the package and contents before opening fully
  • Record an unboxing video

We may request supporting details to investigate with the courier and resolve your case. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.


SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently ship within India only. We may be unable to ship to certain PIN codes or regions due to courier limitations. If we cannot fulfill delivery to your location, we will inform you and issue a refund where applicable.
