RETURNS

We accept returns only if the product received is damaged, broken, or defective. Returns are not accepted for any other reason, including change of mind.

Return shipping is fully covered by Shakti Jewels β€” you will not be charged anything.

⚠️ Please make an unboxing video when opening your parcel. This is required to process any damage claim. Requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number, unboxing video, and clear photos of the damage.


REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

Once your return is received and inspected, you can choose between:

Option 1 β€” Full refund: Returned to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.

Option 2 β€” Store credit: Added to your Shakti Jewels account immediately upon approval, usable on any future order. No waiting period.

Note: Additional time may be needed for your bank or payment provider to reflect a refund. Store credit is instant.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds for COD orders are processed online only β€” via UPI or bank transfer. Cash refunds are not available. Please include the following when emailing us:

  • Account holder name
  • UPI ID or bank account number & IFSC code
  • Bank name

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Worn or used items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or discounted items marked non-returnable
  • Items damaged due to mishandling
  • Hygiene-sensitive items

ORDER NOT RECEIVED

If your order shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us within 3 days. We'll investigate with the courier and offer a refund, store credit, or replacement as applicable.


CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once the order has shipped, it falls under this return policy.


HOW TO REQUEST

  • Order number
  • Full name & contact number
  • Unboxing video and clear photos of the damage
  • Brief description of the issue
  • Your preferred resolution β€” refund or store credit

For COD orders, also include:

  • Account holder name
  • UPI ID or bank account number & IFSC code
  • Bank name

We aim to respond within 24 hours.


Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are always protected.
